Giveaway rules

These rules apply to every giveaway (prize draw) on cardanvil.sk. The name, dates, prize and entry conditions of each giveaway are shown above on this page and in the banner on our website.

1. Organiser

Dominik Forró — CARD ANVIL, Váhovce 94, 925 62 Váhovce, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 57 310 041 (the “organiser”). Contact: cardanvilsk@gmail.com.

2. Who can enter

Every customer who places and pays for an order on cardanvil.sk while the giveaway is running. People under 18 may only take part with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The organiser and people close to the organiser cannot take part.

3. Entries

  • An order of at least the minimum amount (shown with each giveaway) = 1 entry.
  • Every further full “step” above the minimum (e.g. every €10) gives you 1 extra entry.
  • The total amount paid for the order counts. Each order is counted separately and entries from several orders add up.
  • Paid orders placed during the giveaway count, including the first and the last day. Cancelled and refunded orders do not count.
  • Once you are signed in, you can see your entries on this page and in your profile.

4. The draw

We draw the winner within 7 days after the giveaway ends, using a random computer draw. Every entry has the same chance, so more entries mean a better chance to win. Unless stated otherwise, there is one winner per giveaway.

5. The prize

  • We contact the winner at the e-mail address used for the order. If the winner does not reply within 14 days, we may draw a replacement winner.
  • We send the prize at our cost to any country we ship to, or hand it over in person.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

6. Announcing the winner

We publish the winner’s first name and the initial of their surname (e.g. “Martin K.”) on this page and may also mention it on our social media.

7. Personal data

To run the giveaway and deliver the prize we use the details from your order (name, e-mail and address). We do not share them with third parties for the purpose of the giveaway. More in our privacy policy.

8. Final provisions

  • The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook (Meta) or TikTok.
  • Pokémon, One Piece and Riftbound are trademarks of their respective owners, who do not organise the giveaway.
  • The organiser may change these rules or cancel a giveaway for serious reasons. Any changes will be published on this page.
